Beech Tree
On our North Cornwall smallholding we have a small flock of mixed breed, fine fleece sheep. I started with 4 ewe lambs and every year have a different breed of Ram to add to the mix. They are within sight of the house at all times and any problems are spotted early and so minimal medical interventions are needed. Our pasture has a huge range of species, allowed to flourish as an ‘unimproved’ sward (agricultural speak for lots of weed plants and natural herbage). I spin and knit myself and so all fleeces are careful prepared for you to enjoy working with. I use fly-repellent based on essential oils and the shearer said how lovely they smelt!
Pricing Method
Raw fleeces skirted and sold whole. Washed fleece sold in 150g packs. Postage at cost.
